Role

You will join a committed, proactive team of learning developers dedicated to supporting undergraduate, postgraduate and research students. Support is delivered through a range of activities, including drop-in sessions, one-to-one tutorials, workshops and lectures. You will contribute to the design, development and delivery of high-quality online and face-to-face learning resources that enhance students’ academic literacies and research practices.

The role involves working collaboratively with colleagues across the University’s three faculties to support and embed academic skills development within the curriculum. You will play an active role in enhancing institutional approaches to learning development, ensuring provision is inclusive, evidence-informed and responsive to student needs.

As a team, we value creative and innovative approaches to achieving our objectives. You will therefore be encouraged to contribute your ideas, expertise and experience to wider strategic initiatives and resource development projects, supporting the continuous improvement of learning development provision across the University.
