Main duties and responsibilities

At De Montfort University, we're committed to delivering an outstanding student experience through effective student records management and strong partnership working. We're looking for a Collaborative Provision Records Officer to join our Registry Services team and help ensure the accurate management of student records, the delivery of high-quality administrative services and effective support for collaborative provision activities.

The Role

You will oversee the management of student records for partnership students across the student lifecycle, including admissions, registration, assessment and progression. Working closely with colleagues across the University and partner institutions, you will provide guidance on student records processes, maintain accurate records and databases, coordinate meetings and activities, respond to enquiries, and support the preparation of reports and documentation. You will also play a key role in driving process improvements, ensuring compliance with University regulations and delivering an efficient, customer-focused service.

About You

You will have experience working in a higher or further education environment, alongside experience of managing large datasets and interpreting complex information. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong working relationships, provide advice and guidance to a range of stakeholders, and manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

You will bring:

  • Experience of working in Higher or Further Education in an administrative or student support capacity.
  • Experience of working with large datasets and complex information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to drive process improvements and support change.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
