The role

This is an excellent development opportunity for an experienced leader in supervisory or junior management roles *(ideally within HR, customer service, shared services, or operations) who are ready to take the next step within their career.

Embedded in DMU’s fast-paced People Services function, you will supervise frontline People Support Specialists within People Operations teams and help shape how transactional HR services are delivered across our campuses. Through structured support, you will work towards the nationally recognised Level 5 Operational / Departmental Manager Apprenticeship, strengthening your previous supervisory/ managerial experience with classroom-based learning.

 

This position can be completed on a hybrid basis with the expectation of being on campus for atleast 2 days a week however, there does need to be some flexibility in regards to this. The role is on a full-time basis (37 hours per week), fixed term for the duration of the apprenticeship.
